2. Mr.K.Harishankar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of applicant/Official Assignee and Mr.C.P.G.Yoganand, learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4 are before this Court. It is brought to the notice of this Court by both counsel that Mr.J.Balagopal, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 who was before this Court in the previous listing had made it clear that he is not contesting the captioned application.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for applicant/Official Assignee requests for a short accommodation to place before this Court a compilation of case laws which may be relevant for deciding the question of avoidance qua Section 55 of Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909 [hereinafter 'Presidency Insolvency Act' for the sake of convenience and clarity].
