The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated
03.12.2012 passed in WP.No.32017 of 2012.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the order of this Court dated 03.12.2012 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D)No.16 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department, dated 01.03.2016 to that effect.
