Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.No. 23134 of 2021, dated 02.12.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23134 of 2021 on 02.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates without fail.
