This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 08.08.2023 in Crl.MP.No.11627 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
