ORDER
In this matter the prayer is to take action on the representation of the petitioner upon considering the same. The petitioner makes allegations against two individuals of misappropriating the temple property. However, they are not made as parties. This Court is not in agreement with the allegations neither any adjudication is made regarding the same. In view of the nature of order that is being passed, the Writ Petition is disposed of even without the said individuals being parties to the Writ Petition.
2.When the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the said representation dated 13.07.2022 will be considered by the second respondent in accordance with law. Accordingly this Writ Petition is disposed on the following terms:- i)The said representation dated 13.07.2022 shall be taken up for consideration. Notice shall be issued to the petitioner as well as the other individuals against whom the complaints are made. After hearing both sides and decision in accordance with law to be taken. Let the proceedings be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of web copy of this
order. Even though the representation is addressed to the first respondent, the second respondent shall take up the same, upon a copy being filed by the petitioner along with the web copy of this order. ii)No costs.
