ADVANCE ORDER IN CRL.RC.No.1001 of 2018 N.SESHASAYEE.J., The Criminal Revision is allowed and the conviction and sentence imposed on the appellant/A.2 by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Tiruchengode in S.C.No.50/2017 by judgment dated 20.10.2017 are hereby set aside.

2.The appellant/A.2 is acquitted of all charges levelled against him and he is directed to be set at liberty forthwith unless his presence is required in connection with any other case.
