This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 09.11.2023 in Crl.MP.No.17814 of 2023 to report before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai daily at 10.30 a.m till the matter is committed and thereafter, before the Sessions Court, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m and also Court hearing dates except for unavoidable circumstances until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, during the hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
