ORDER
When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instruction submitted that though the petitioner has filed the petition under Certeriori challenging the order of transfer, however, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation in the year 2019. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 2.In the above circumstances, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent and there being https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
no interim order granted by this Court at the time of filing of the writ petition, this Court finds that no further adjudication is necessary in this case.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. Consequent upon the closure of the present writ petition, the miscellaneous petitions are also closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
