Accordingly, today i.e. 20.11.2019 the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", but, when the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation on either side. Even though the petition is pending from the year 2013 without any progress and the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner and hence this Court has no other way except to dismiss the same for non prosecution.
