When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation was completed and final report was filed as early as 20.05.2018 before Special Court for Land Grabbing cases, Chennai. Subsequently, the case has been transferred to the file of Judicial Magistrate-II, Thiruvallur, and it is yet to be taken on file.

3. In the light of the above development, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Thiruvallur to act upon final report filed in Crime No.20 of 2014 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
