This original petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of Mr.R.Raja Ramani, Advocate for the petitioner herein and upon reading the petition filed herein and the learned counsel for the
petitioner herein having requested to preserve the rights of the petitioner to come up with a similar/same prayer if the need arises, and this Court doth acceding the said request, and he has also made an endorsement on the petition stating that "The petitioner is withdrawing this petition with liberty to file fresh application in due course"
It is ordered :- That the O.P.No.42 of 2020 be and is hereby disposed of as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of petitioner to come up with a similar/same prayer if the need arises.

Mr.R.Raja Ramani, learned counsel on record for petitioner who is before this Court seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Original Petition' [hereinafter 'OP' for the sake of convenience and clarity] as there is difficulty in serving the respondent but learned counsel makes a request to preserve the rights of the petitioner to come up with a similar/same prayer if the need arises. Request acceded to and rights preserved (as prayed).
