2021 and pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S NIRMAL ADITYA, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court by its order dated 23.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.NO.25702 of 2021 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the ground the petitioner, on his own volition was ready to deposit a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- to the credit of the Crime No.93 of 2021 and appear as imposed by this Court.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as per the order of this Court dated 23.12.2021, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- to the credit of the Crime No.93 of 2021 before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and to that effect xerox copy of the payment receipt also attached. However, he prays for relaxation of conditions.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court inclined to relax the conditions that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police monthly once until further orders.
