This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 40 days in filing the this writ appeal against the order passed in W.P.No.30834 of 2023 dated 10.11.2023.

Leaned Counsel for the respondent raised an objection by stating that there is a long battle in this matter, therefore, the delay should not be condoned.

Since the delay in filing the appeal is 40 days and considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, we are inclined to condone the delay.
