2. The respondent-husband had filed IDOP.No.203 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Court at Tiruvallur for divorce.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has no objection to the transfer being ordered.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and IDOP No.203 of 2024, pending on the file of Principal District Court at Tiruvallur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Principal Family Court at Chennai. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
