JUDGMENT
When the second appeal came up for hearing on 25.08.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants reported no instructions from the appellants and hence the Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellants and list the matter by printing the name of the appellants after serving notice on them.
2. It is seen from the records that the first appellant died and though the notice was served on the second appellant and his name is printed in the cause list there is no representation on behalf of the second appellant.
3. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
Consequently, the connection miscellaneous petition is closed.
