ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR No.19/17 dated 08.09.2017 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, District crime Branch, Salem and quash the same in respect of the 2nd accused.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2017 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, before the concerned jurisdiction Magistrate Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
