C.M.P.No.3739 of 2021 in S.A (SR) No.65736 of 2020 (Filing No.) M.SUNDAR.J., Demise of second appellant on 03.10.2020 post filing of captioned second appeal on 29.09.2020 has necessitated the filing of captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' ('CMP' for brevity) for bringing on record her three legal heirs as appellants 2 to 5, is learned counsel Mr.P.Jagadeesan's say.

2. Mr.A.Rajesh Kanna, learned counsel submits that he may not really have a say in this matter as it is for the petitioner to say who the legal heirs of deceased second petitioner are.

3. This court notices that captioned CMP has been filed within time. In the light of innocuous nature of the prayer, captioned CMP is ordered as prayed for.

No costs.

Registry to carry out necessary and consequential amendments within a fortnight from today i.e., on or before 16.07.2021 and thereafter process the second appeal.
