C.M.P.Nos.1173, 1175 & 1176 of 2020 C.M.P.Nos.1173, 1175 & 1176 of 2020 in C.R.P.No.2214 of 2015 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 1123 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent V.G.Venkatachalam; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent V.G.Venkatachalam and to bring on record the second respondent/ proposed party as legal representative of the deceased sole respondent V.G.Venkatachalam in the above Civil Revision.

2. According to the petitioner, the respondent died on 25.06.2016 and the second respondent is the legal representative of the deceased sole respondent. The petitioner could not contact the legal heir, viz, second respondent and hence, the delay in filing these petitions.

3. The respondent/proposed party has no objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and all the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
