Common Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the 2nd respondent's proceeding made in impugned order Na.Ka.No.3230/A1/2016 dated 19.01.2018 and quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to grant exemption from insisting for appearance in Tamil Language Exam under Part-1 for the ensuring 10th Standard Public Exam during March-April, 2018 and 2017 respectively.
