O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 10.06.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3.In the considered view of this Court, there is admittedly an interference on the part of the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent is said to have prevented the petitioner from fencing the property. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court and seek for appropriate remedy. The Police cannot interfere in a civil dispute of this nature. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this petition.
