J U D G M E N T

This Second Appeal arose in respect of the suit filed for declaration.

This Second Appeal was already dismissed as against the respondents 1 to 4 and 7 on 13.12.2022 itself. The service in respect of the respondents 5 and 6 alone completed.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 12.02.2024, there was no representation on the side of the appellant. Therefore, the matter was posted for dismissal. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on the side of the appellant.

In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
