This application was filed by the learned Official liquidator to direct the respondent to re-fund the E.B. Deposit amount along with interest @ 18% p.a., from the date of submission of this Office letter dated 06.09.2016 till the date of making final payment and to permit the learned Official Liquidator to meet the cost this application out of the funds of the company in Provisional Liquidation.
2. The learned Official Liquidator would submit that the subject property was sold and therefore, the EB connection is no more required. Further he would submitted that a letter dated 06.09.2016 was submitted to the Assistant Executive Engineer, Race Course Road, Coimbatore to disconnect the electricity connection and to refund the EB deposit. However, so far the same was not done. He filed the present application.
3. After the filing of this application, notice was ordered and served to the sole respondent and the name of the respondent has also been printed in the cause list.

4. However, today none appear on behalf of the respondent before this Court, which shows that the respondent is not interested to contest the matter. Hence the respondent is set as ex-parte.
5. Having heard the learned Official Liquidator and perused the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is satisfied and inclined to allow this application.
