ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2015 and transfer her to any other school in and around the city of Madras, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the first respondent considered the claim of the petitioner and passed orders and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
