PRAYER Calling for the records relating to the online rejection order in Application Numbers in TN- 5202411204365 (M.Arumugam), TN- 520241129299 (A.Ramya) and TN- 5202411204295 (A.Divya) dated NIL quash the same and direct the respondent to issue the Online Community Certificate to the petitioner and his daughters A.Ramya and A.Divya based upon the Community certificate already issued to the petitioner and his daughters that they belongs to Kattunayakan (ST) community.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The learned Additional Government pleader would submit that the Community Certificate has already been issued to the petitioner pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 31.01.2025 but made a submission that a direction granted to the State to pay a cost of Rs.1,00,000/- may be waived.

2. Considering the submission made on behalf of the State and further considering the fact that the cost is to be paid from the tax payers money and further, certain delay on the part of the Government officials, cannot result in penalizing the public or taxpayers money. Taking note of the fact that the cost is to be paid from the State Exchequer, we waived the cost payment alone.
