.. Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in WP No.11561 of 2017 dated 18.9.2017.

O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents, made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 18.9.2012 in W.P.No.11561 of 2017 has been complied with. In this regard, the District Educational Officer, Thiruvarur, passed an order in proceedings dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 23.4.2018.

2. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, informed this Court that the arrears are yet to be paid to the writ petitioners. However, the Secretary of the School has to submit a proposal and thereafter, the competent authorities have to approve the same and settle the benefits. The respondents are bound to do the same as expeditiously as possible and without causing any undue delay.

3. With these observations, the contempt petition stands closed.
