ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.22095 of 2022, dated 12.12.2022, cancelling the Anticipatory Bail granted in favour of the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation was completed and Final Report was filed before the Metropolitan Magistrate dealing with CCB, CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai and it has been taken on file in C.C.No.4677 of 2023. In view of this development, there is no necessity for any custodial interrogation of the petitioner at this stage. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court below during the hearing dates. In view of this order passed by this Court, the order passed by the Court below shall not result in arresting the petitioner at this stage.
