The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register FIR based on a written complaint dated 03.10.2015 preferred by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent and investigate the same within a time frame under the direct supervision of the 2nd respondent and file final report.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Mrs.Mercy Thomas on the allegation of misappropriation of amount to the tune of Rs.9,42,000/-. Though the said complaint was lodged as early as on 03.10.2015, till date no action was taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present criminal original petition.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, C.S.R.No.913 of 2015 has been assigned and the matter is pending for enquiry.

5. In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.10.2015 in C.S.R.No.913 of 2015 and proceed further in accordance with law.

6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
