ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed to seek a direction on the respondents 3 to 5 not to execute the warrant (physical possession) pursuant to the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.899 of 2021 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai.
2. A perusal of the array of parties and even the cause of action shows that the territorial jurisdiction for this case lies only at Madurai. In view of the above, we cannot entertain this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. The petitioners, if so desires, may invoke the jurisdiction of the court having territorial jurisdiction. No costs.
