CMP.No.2762 of 2022 in AS.No.326 of 2013 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

1. The above CMP has been filed to direct the Registry to refund the Court Fee paid, amounting to Rs.1,86,005/- (Rupees one lakh eighty six thousand and five only) for AS.No.326 of 2013, which was dismissed, as withdrawn, by the order of this Court, dated 01.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that the matter has been settled out of court and also filed a letter, dated 24.10.2021, to that effect and hence, refund of the court fee paid may be ordered.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this CMP, this CMP is allowed, as prayed for.
