CMP No.2718 of 2024 in CMA SR No.7802 of 2024 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J Mr.Tamilnidhi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 2.This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 173 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 173 days is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.Tamilnidhi, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, at the time of admission.

6.The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve the papers immediately on the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
