Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARAN AND UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18278 of 2020, dated 20.11.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18278 of 2020, dated 20.11.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
