No.6970/ IE-2/ 2008 dated 2.4.2015 and to quash the same as illegal unjust and against the Fundamental principles of natural justice and in consequence thereof forbear the respondent from interfering with the petitioner possession and enjoyment of the land bearing Plot No.68 admeasuring to an extent of 24.71 cents situated at Industrial Estate Kakkalur Village Thiruvallur Taluk and District.
