J U D G M E N T

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a communication letter from the respondent police stating that the accused has already completed the period of sentence and taking into consideration the period he was remanded in judicial custody from 29.12.2011 to 30.09.2013 and also taking into consideration the G.o.No.1171/Home/4/Jail dated 01.10.2019, the appellant has been released from jail.

2. Having completed the period of sentence the appellant has been released from jail. In view of the above development the appeal stands closed as infructuous.
