ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 05.3.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen that the same petitioner has filed a Crl.OP.No.8803 of 2015 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 08.04.2015, as the Court was not inclined to pass an order. 4.Suppressing the same, the present petition has been filed. The learned counsel for the petitioner was not aware of the earlier proceedings. This Court accepts the explanations offered by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. On reading a complaint, this Court finds that there are no grounds for ordering the investigation, in as much as this petition is being filed only for the purpose of getting insurance benefits. Under such circumstances, this petition is dismissed as devoid of merits.
