The Second Appeals are filed under Section 100 of C.P.C. against the judgment and decree dated 23.03.2010 in A.S.Nos.9 and 10 of 2007, respectively, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Arni, confirming the judgment and decree dated 13.12.2006 in O.S.Nos.624 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Polur and O.S.No.17/1991 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Arani.
