This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 6 days in filing the above Second Appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that he has no objection for the delay being condoned.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, also having been satisfied with the reasons specified therein and also taking into account the no objection of the respondents, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal and tag along with the S.A.No.680 of 2016.
