..Respondent(s) Prayer: To Modify the condition 6(C) para that petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) to the Credit of Crime No.184 of 2025 within a period of two weeks and on such deposit, the Trial Court is Directed to redeposit the same in the interest bearing account of Crime No.76 of 2024 imposed by Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.27302 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner "to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- [Rupees Thirty Thousand Only] to the credit of Crime No.184 of 2025 within a period of two weeks, and on such deposit, the Trial Court is directed to re-deposit the same in the interest bearing account." by this Court dated 31.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.18970 of 2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a college student and her father is a daily wage worker, leading to financial difficulties, which prevented them from mobilizing Rs.30,000/-.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18970 of 2025 dated 31.07.2025.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.184 of 2025 before the trial Court and to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready. 29-01-2026 GBI
