JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the matter has been settled out of Court and he is withdrawing the Appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect on the reverse of Memorandum of Second Appeal.

2.Recording the aforesaid endorsement, the Second Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
