JUDGMENT
A memo dated 10.08.2021 has been filed by the learned counsel for the Appellants stating that the suit schedule property has been acquired by the Government of India for Chennai Metro Rail Project. He has also stated in the said memo that the Appellants and the respondents have vacated the suit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
schedule property and delivered possession to Chennai Metro Rail Limited as early as on 28.12.2011 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this second appeal. The said memo is recorded.
