ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime No.462 of 2014 from the file of the respondent, viz., Inspector of Police, Palladam Police Station, Tirupur District, to C.B.C.I.D., Tirupur or any other competent investigating authority.

2.Heard, M/s.Ram and Ram Advocates, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet is ready and yet to be submitted. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. However, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.462 of 2014, pending on his file and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

5.With the above said direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
