S.A.No.2139 of 2004 S.A.No.2139 of 2004 N.SESHASAYEE, J., Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that, two errors have crept in the decree :

1) The appellant counsel's name is mentioned for the respondent.

2) There is some mistake in describing the 4th item of property. The survey number of 4th item is "Dry R.S.No.3/1, 0.17-1/2 out of 0.18 kist 0.62", whereas in the decree it is wrongly given as "Dry R.S.No.10.17-1/2 kist 0.62".

2. This Court ascertained from the decree of the first Appellate Court and from the decree of this Court that the aforesaid two mistakes pointed out by the learned counsel are correct. They are now hereby directed to be corrected. Registry is accordingly directed to correct both the mistakes as follows :
