O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents police to provide police protection to the petitioner and his sister to pursue their studies without any hindrance under the care of their father.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's mother by name Jothimani initiated insolvency proceedings, since she is indebted to several persons. The petitioner, who is son of Jothimani, is seeking police protection. A blanket order of police protection https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cannot be given. If the petitioner apprehends any danger to his life, he may approach the police and at that juncture, the police may enquire and take action in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
