JUDGMENT
When this appeal came up for hearing on 27.01.2022, the learned counsel for the appellants appeared before this Court and reported "No instructions" from the appellants. Hence, in view of the same, this Court, after recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants in the cause-list and to list the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 01.02.2022. Accordingly, this case was listed today under the caption 'For dismissal'.
