This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to issue patta and mutate other revenue records in the petitioner name in respect of the petitioner's property bearing the land and house https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to an extent of 600 Sq.ft, at R.S.No.185/137, Kadasthar no.2233, Patta No.326(N), Thattanchavadi Village, Uzavarkarai, Puducherry on basis of the sale deed Document No:24282 of 2020, registered at the Office of the Sub-Registrar, Oulgaret, considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
