ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records and quash all further proceedings in F.I.R. in Crime No.222 of 2014, pending on the file of J-5, Shastri Nagar Police Station, Chennai.

2. Heard Mr.Nirmal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and Mr.Nithyaesh Nataraj, the learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, there are sufficient allegations for the investigation to proceed. Hence this Court cannot stall the investigation at the threshold by quashing the FIR.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire FIR has been filed out of malafide intention in order to fix the petitioner, as she is the Secretary of Eliot Beach Flat Owner's Association.

5. This Court is of the view that it will be in the interest of justice if the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Adayar, Chennai is directed to personally monitor the investigation in Crime No.222 of 2014.
