ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have already complied with the order passed by this Court and amounts were released, however, deducting the amount of Rs.9,00,000/- toward TDS and seeks liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against deduction.

On the other hand, Ms.K.Aswini, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that in case, if the petitioner shows her legal entitlement for payment of deducted TDS amounts, the respondents, if satisfied would consider and refund the same. 3.

In the light of the above, the contempt petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the respondents for releasing of TDS amounts subject to satisfying the respondents about the entitlement to receive the same.
