2. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order passed in W.P.No.7952 of 2023, dated 15.03.2023 has been complied with by the respondent, through proceedings dated 26.02.2024.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner the challenge the proceedings dated 26.02.2024, in the manner known to law.
