This contempt petition has been filed alleging that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No,30886 of 2016 dated 08.08.2023 has not been complied with.

2.Since the interim order granted by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1054 of 2024 and C.M.P.No.7576 of 2024 is operating continuously, the contempt petition stands closed for the present with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same subject to the outcome of the writ appeal. 29.07.2024 raa N.
