Heard Mr.S.Mani, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the Order of this Court has been complied and the District Forest Officer has passed an dated 30.04.2024 in this regard. A copy of the order passed by the District Forest Officer has also been produced before this Court.
