O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 06.09.2011 and 16.04.2013 in respect of the claim of the writ petitioner to assess property tax of the premises belongs to the writ petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner now brought to the notice of this Court that, the respondents have already assessed the property tax and communicated the copy of the assessment now. This being the factum of the case, the writ petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to pay the property tax arrears if any and continue to pay tax within the time limit as stipulated by the Rules in force.

3. With these observations, the writ petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
